CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. - Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. - Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be subject to the cancellation fee. - All new clients are required to leave a non-refundable deposit to secure their appointment. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations result in lost time that cannot be filled. - Due to limited space and for safety reasons, no children or additional guests are allowed at appointments.
